Benchmark Solutions has developed the CT9A Intake Manifold to be suitable for Drive-By-Wire conversions. We have allowed for fitment of 1/8 NPT which makes for suitable manifold pressure sources for Boost Reference, Fuel Pressure Regulators and BOV’s.

The manifolds are coated utilising a renowned supplier in an OEM silver/cast look, or can be coated at clients request.

We supply a 60mm Bosch Motorsport Drive-By-Wire TB (with genuine plug and pins) which are suitable for street, track and drag racing applications.

A drive-by wire conversion allows for the removal of the OE Idle Control System, provides for greater idle control, especially with regards to cold-start, idle up for A/C, and management of idle due to aftermarket camshafts.

It also allows for Cruise Control capability into the whole system.

  • Benchmark Solutions Drive By Wire Pedal Kit is required

  • Drive-By-Wire compatible ECU is required, such as the MoTeC M1 range of ECU’s

  • Construction of the Drive-By-Wire loom is required

  • Calibration of components are required
